Gelato Arena
The Gelato Arena will host a rich programme of demos organized by the best professionals on the world scene. An unmissable opportunity to see the Maestros at work in the workshops, but also to discover a preview of the products and technologies used in the process.
In addition, during the 5 days, numerous international speakers will take turns on stage to be a source of inspiration for all visiting operators, sharing testimonials and know-how and presenting current scenarios and future prospects for the gelato sector.
