Gelato Lab, located in Hall A7, is the heart of professional training in the gelato industry, offering courses, show cookings, presentations and demonstrations of high-level products that stimulate and allow industry operators to increase their skills.

It is a laboratory of innovation and creativity, where the art and science of gelato come together to form a unique and engaging experience.
