At Sigep 2023, the Pastry Arena will also see the return of the pastry championships dedicated to the most promising and talented pastry chefs in Italy: the Italian Seniores Pastry Championship and the Italian Juniores Pastry Championship, promoted by Conpait.

On Wednesday, 25 January, the Pastry Arena will provide the backdrop to Sigep Giovani, the pastry competition featuring young pastry chefs from hotels from all over Italy, to promote training and cultural exchange between students and industry professionals.
