After meeting the publisher Paolo Dalcò and the pastry master Iginio Massari, Elisabetta Cugini took part in the foundation of Dolcesalato magazine. As a journalist, she covered different roles in the publishing company, from managing the start-up of new publishing and multimedia projects to events planning. She has a deep technical knowledge of contemporary pastry environment and has been working for over 20 years in touch with pâtisserie, bakery, ice cream and restaurant professionals.
