In this championship, competitors will have to showcase their manual skills and artistic spirit. Participants will go through various stages until the final round, where the six best competitors will compete. In the final round, the participants will have a maximum of 10 minutes to prepare four artistic drinks based on coffee and milk, two of each kind. They can use two different techniques: decoration and "free pour." Finally, they will have to prepare two espresso stains with the "free pour" technique, identical in drawing to the judgment of two visual judges, one technical judge, and a jury leader. The championship is valid for the WLAC (World Latte Art Championship).
