Literary Café: Learning to not stop

Sustainability District - Hall B1

The café sector is experiencing substantial misinformation due to both limited economic resources and customers' lack of sensitivity to quality. Through the virtuous examples of wine, beer and confectionery, the café already has the road mapped out to learn and increase its standing. The experience of the Gambero Rosso academy and the impact on different sectors. Training excellence in Italy and the recruitment of a new category of disseminators: sommeliers. Educating the consumer is the new frontier for responsible consumption and a dutiful act towards the true driving force of every sector.
