Modern Cupping for Comprehensive Value Determination

The SCA Cupping Protocol has been the world's leading specialty cupping protocol for the past 20 years. Recently, the SCA has embarked on a project to use new sensory science, feedback from the cupping community, and data from new research to improve the cupping protocol to make it more accurate, scientific, and to capture coffee's value more completely. In this talk, Cosimo Libardo will share the latest outcomes of this project, and give a glimpse into the future of cupping and the cupping protocol.
