Matteo Figura, born in 1976, has been involved in market research for over 12 years. After graduating in Sociology with a thesis in Methodology of Social Research, he attended a master's degree in Statistics and Market Research. He has always worked in prestigious institutes like Ipsos, where he specialized in innovation and forecasting processes; and Synovate, where he worked on web-based researches. He joined The NPD Group in 2011 where he developed and relaunched the Foodservice Practice which he now heads. He coordinates and manages international projects. He collaborates with trade magazines such as Bargiornale, Mixer and Ristorando and gives speeches at Foodservice conferences. In 2019 he spoke at the Sigep Rimini opening conference and at the International Horeca Meeting organized by Italgrob. His numerous interventions accredit him as an expert in OOH market dynamics and consumption behavior.
