Giancarlo Palazzone

The history of Palazzone began in 1960 when Remo and Giulia Palazzone opened their first pastry shop in Clifton, NJ.

In the early '70s, the Palazzone family decided to sell the business and return to Italy to raise their four children. Giancarlo and his brothers grew up watching their parents build the business and listening to the stories of their days in America.

In 2012, at the age of 37, Giancarlo decided to bring his experience to the United States and try to realize the American dream. Thus was born "Palazzone 1960", to remember the year in which his parents opened their business.

The café achieves the perfect balance between traditional and contemporary, offering Italian quality in an ultra-modern setting and receiving numerous awards and accolades.

Respecting quality raw materials, everything that Palazzone 1960 creates is a true testimony of the excellence of Italian pastry and cuisine.
