Born in Brussels to Venetian parents, it is here that he takes his first steps in pastry, a passion that will become a mission of life. It will be the victory of the Pastry World Cup in 1997, to puts a fundamental piece in his career, starting in all respects his successful path of trainer and coach. In 1998 he opened the famous Pasticceria Biasetto in Padua, confirming the intuition that making quality is a daily choice, and is the only winning choice to stand out in an increasingly competitive and large market. He has been a member of Relais Desserts since 2008 and AMPI since April 2023.
