Diego Crosara was born in 1965 in Valdagno, a town famous for its textile industry, in the province of Vicenza. He is a pastry chef and is devoted to the art of pastry making. Crosara was the soul of a pastry shop called "Al Portego". Since 2018, Diego Crosara has been appointed as the Pastry Creator Director for Marchesi 1824, a historic Milanese brand that belongs to the Prada Group. He creates new pastry collections, chocolate, and ice cream while fully respecting the principles of quality and excellence that have identified Marchesi 1824 for almost two centuries.
