Massari, Hermé and the great international master pastry chefs starring at SIGEP WORLD

Today, at SIGEP WORLD, the ‘Master of Masters’ Iginio Massari shared the stage with some of the most prestigious names in international pastry making in the event ‘Different visions, great ideas’.

 


Pierre Hermé was praised for his visionary genius and ability to redefine the art of pastry making with bold and elegant creations. Volker Gmiener received praise for his extraordinary balance between tradition and innovation, which characterises his work. Jordi Roca was recognised for his creativity in restaurant pastry. Pietro Macellaro was also celebrated for his continuous search for new trends, always accompanied by a spirit of sharing. A special tribute was dedicated to Professor Vittorio Caminiti, awarded for his commitment to promoting bergamot, an internationally renowned Calabrian excellence.
